Maritime Engineering Services

Engineering Solutions for
the Maritime Industry

Capybara Dimensional provides focused engineering support for marine and offshore projects. Our four services cover mechanical design and CAD modelling, structural detailing, technical documentation, and vessel modification or refit work. We develop clear, coordinated information for practical decisions—whether the task is a single component or part of a larger project.

Engineering Software

Technology and experience in every detail

We work with AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks to develop detailed 3D models, coordinated assemblies and technical drawings. The software and file format are selected around the project requirements and, where practical, your existing engineering workflow. Our priority is not the tool itself, but accurate, usable engineering information.

Practical Engineering. Clear Deliverables.

Engineering support should make decisions easier, not add complexity. We focus on well-defined deliverables, consistent CAD information and practical coordination across disciplines. From first review to a documented revision, the objective is to give your project team information it can understand, assess and use.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our maritime engineering services, CAD workflows, technical documents and project enquiries.

Clear scope. Accurate drawings. Practical engineering.
What software do you use for CAD design?

Our core CAD tools are Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Where the scope allows, we work with your preferred file formats, drawing templates and existing project standards.

Can you handle revisions during a project?

Yes. Design reviews and revisions are part of normal engineering work. We agree on deliverables, review points and revision handling at the outset so that changes can be incorporated in a controlled way.

Which industries do you work with?

Our main focus is the maritime and offshore sector. We can also support suitable technical assignments in other industries where precise CAD models and engineering documentation are required.

Can you work with existing drawings and models?

Yes. We can work from existing CAD files, drawings and project information, provided the necessary rights and source material are available. Any missing or uncertain dimensions are identified for confirmation.

Can you convert PDF drawings into AutoCAD?

We can reconstruct suitable PDF drawings into editable AutoCAD files. The level of accuracy and checking required depend on the quality of the source, available dimensions and intended use.

How do I request a quotation?

Send your project objective, available reference files, preferred deliverables and relevant deadlines through the contact form. We will review the request and discuss a suitable scope and next steps.
